- Manage and lead multiple projects & programs with competing demands simultaneously keeping project stakeholders informed of project milestones and progress via various internal tools, reports, and periodic status meetings and governance forums.
- Manage all aspects of project from discovery, approval & initiation through to planning and delivery.
- Manage project budget, scope definition, communication plan, risk, issues, change management, reporting, team/resource management, and project close out.
- Collaborate with various support groups both internal & external to ensure a successful production transition & BAU handover plan is devised and achieved.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure project expectations and benefits are tracked periodically and achieved.
- Lead tender activities (RFQ/RFP) for program management and perform response evaluations through to awarding contracts.
- Negotiation with external vendors & contract management.
- Manage periodic governance activities on multiple suppliers, vendors, and integration partners to assess KPIs, and ensure SLAs and quality aspects are met.

- Devise a UEM strategy for Enterprise devices in Coles, Migrate from MDM SOTI (On-Prem) to SOTI SaaS for Android device management & other workplace technology.
- Deliver Digital Screens Network for SMKTS & LIQ Group
- FY25 SMKTS SAN Server LCM targeting 100 stores
- Supermarkets Service Transformation Program - Multiple Phases targeting up to 400 stores since 1HFY22. Managed an IT Implementation team of 15 resources and responsible for an IT budget of $60M.
