• Manage and lead multiple projects & programs with competing demands simultaneously keeping project stakeholders informed of project milestones and progress via various internal tools, reports, and periodic status meetings and governance forums.
• Manage all aspects of project from discovery, approval & initiation through to planning and delivery.

• Devise a UEM strategy for Enterprise devices in Coles, Migrate from MDM SOTI (On-Prem) to SOTI SaaS for Android device management & other workplace technology.
• Deliver Digital Screens Network for SMKTS & LIQ Group
• FY25 SMKTS SAN Server LCM targeting 100 stores
• Supermarkets Service Transformation Program - Multiple Phases targeting up to 400 stores since 1HFY22. Managed an IT Implementation team of 15 resources and responsible for an IT budget of $60M.
• Supermarkets Assisted Checkouts LCM Program - multiple phases targeting 600 stores nationally, FY22-23
• Covid-19 BCP initiatives - Digital store sign in, FY21
• Store Support Centres/State Offices - CCTV upgrade from Legacy to IP CCTV, FY21

• Planning and delivery of several IT LCM projects, Store Renewals, Business driven initiatives tied to store development.
• Act as a single point of accountability and escalation for various project support activities, including problem, change, incident management, and project issues.
• Project estimation, scope management, finance management, schedule management, vendor management, quality management, risk & issue management.
• Business Case writing, elevated pitches, presentation to higher management to seek project approvals.

• Coles Express Rollout - In-Store upgrade of Host Servers targeting up to 700 stores nationally.
• Supermarkets Router LCM - Replace Legacy Routers across 700+ stores
• Supply Chain - CCTV Upgrade from Legacy to Milestone IP CCTV
• Supply Chain - LCM targeting Telephony, Thermal Printers & VO Collect devices.
• CISCO Innovation - various Network PoC initiatives such as hyperlocation, beacon technology etc.

• Perform IT Implementation tasks to aid in delivering several successful Store Infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with key Project stakeholders in devising project plan, delivery approach, scope, change, issues & risk management.
• Prepare key project documentation, including translating and aligning business strategies to technology solutions.
• Developed as is and to be process models, data models, business rules, workflows, reporting and other documents as per business and project requirements.
