- As an automation & Testing SME, i guide teams for building test strategy for client projects.
- Currently, I'm leading test automation for a federal government client.
- Successfully delivered a Playwright automation framework integrated in CI/CD with Azure DevOps. This is a complex project where the business process flow starts from a Pega CRM, and then continues into MS Dynamics. The regression scenarios include testing the whole flow, including data integration. I designed a stable framework to run full regression scenarios, including validating the integration. This reduced regression testing effort from 10 person-days to 2 person-days.
- Previously, I worked as the Program SIT manager for NAB, and I was responsible for the completion of integration testing involving 10 business units. (21 test engineers, 5 test managers, and 5 release train engineers), which I delivered successfully in a timely manner.
- Apart from drafting the high-level test strategy and planning, with my expertise in microservices and REST API, I was able to closely guide different teams spread across Melbourne, Vietnam, and India to achieve successful test completion.
- I was responsible for reporting and stakeholder management in the project.
- Prior to the NAB engagement, I was leading the performance engineering team for the ATO.
