- Built quarterly business review reporting after executive request for forward-looking view, combining actual results on firm’s largest accounts with partner-submitted forecasts to show progress toward target and emerging gaps.
- Translated broad partner and leader questions into clear answers by pulling data from SQL Server, Cognos, Anaplan, and survey sources instead of returning raw data extracts.
- Supported annual revenue and sales planning cycle from February to May, built Anaplan dashboards for partner target entry, and helped with planning sessions for industry and top client partners plus executive target-finalization session.
- Loaded locked targets into SQL so targets flowed through production dashboards and leadership could compare performance against plan instead of prior year only.
- Built Python forecasting model in Prophet for monthly sales at firm and business-unit level, with unit-level tuning, outlier detection, and confidence ranges, and automated SQL extract feeding model.
- Checked source systems, SQL views, and dashboards before release, kept measures and definitions aligned across products, resolved client-mapping governance issue between MyCIM and Anaplan, automated recurring builds and validation checks with SQL and Python, and served as contact for refresh cycles, access, issue resolution, migrations, enhancement requests, workshops, demos, training, and user guides.
- Ensured consistency of measures and definitions across reporting products to facilitate accurate reconciliation. Picked up and worked through a governance issue in how clients were mapped between the core reporting platform (myCIM) and Anaplan.
- Automated recurring builds and validation checks with SQL and Python, cutting daily manual effort on the reporting cycle from two to three hours to about one.
- Contact point for the whole portfolio refresh cycles, access to confidential client financials, issue resolution, system migrations and enhancement requests balanced against whatever the current priority is. Run workshops, demos and training, and maintain the user guides that help people use what we build.
- Wrote narrative commentary for reporting packs, explaining movement, root causes, and risk areas.

- Designed and built myClient, which replaced a manual Excel report of client financials. The Excel version could only be refreshed monthly; myClient connects to a SQL data source maintained by the BI team and refreshes daily, so leaders see current client performance every morning.
- Built the Anaplan models, planning surveys and forecasting metrics behind the annual account and financial planning cycle. This is where I started working on the planning process itself, not just the reporting downstream of it.
- Wrote an automated Tableau control report that flags data inconsistencies during refresh, so issues get caught before users see them.
- Managed access, documentation and user training across the Tableau and Anaplan products.
- Made the technical calls on these builds data model, join and mapping logic, refresh design and increasingly took requirements directly from senior stakeholders.
- Extended the same approach to sector performance, pipeline and market activity with mySector, myPipeline and Market Sensing.
