I used to develop the wiring harness according to drawings, specification and different design requirements of the customer, also coordinating parallel with OEMs regarding wiring harness issues/queries. To implement the modifications/ feedbacks/ customer approvals and coordinating with Marketing/ product / quality / process engineering etc.
I did Drawing study of wiring harness , BOM/APL & engineering details, preparation & also responsible for designing master sample.
We were Responsible for new product development and RFQs handling, new product development, design change implementation.
Along with various technical skills I also learned how to work in a team and became familiar with organizational hierarchy.
