• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation, including detailed cost estimates, risk analysis, and project timelines
• Oversee the planning and execution of formwork activities for multiple construction projects, including Coal berths, bridges & coffer dams.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to assess design plans and make necessary adjustments for efficient formwork systems.
• Maintain detailed project schedules and budgets, tracking progress and resolving delays.
• Assisted in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements for formwork activities.

Key Achievements:

• Reduced material waste by 20% for the company through effective planning with engineering team and logistics coordination.
• Maintained a zero-incident safety record through out the projects.
• Awarded Best Engineering team cost-wise & productivity wise.
