• Remove and replace windscreens using industry-standard tools and safety procedures.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, communicate findings clearly to customers, and recommend effective solutions.
• Engage with customers professionally, addressing concerns, explaining repair processes, and providing technical guidance.
• Generate accurate repair estimates, prepare invoices, and manage work orders in line with workshop procedures.
• Order and track necessary parts, ensuring timely availability for scheduled repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all safety guidelines, especially when handling high-voltage systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction.

• Diagnosed and repaired diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conducted routine maintenance on vehicles, enhancing longevity and safety standards.
• Utilized diagnostic tools to identify mechanical issues, improving troubleshooting efficiency.
• Completed full vehicle inspections to check for leaks, damage, or other issues of concern.
• Read and followed technical documentation to complete accurate repairs.

• Have carried out scheduled Electrical & Air condition repairs. Eligible to perform a periodical maintenance in mechanical and electrical in given task.

• Have Carried out High Voltage disconnection on HYBRID vehicles (W-222, W-212) prior to commence the repair.
• Experience on removal, inspection, troubleshooting defects and installation of overall Electrical and Air conditioner repairs.
