  • Place the bundled broccolini in the cutting machine.
  • Tag the pre-cut broccolini that comes out of the machine.
  • Cutting broccolini properly.
  • After properly packing the boxes, the ice is then stuffed into them, and stacked on pallets.
  • This job is a commission-based system, so I was always required to move quickly. Even though I was working days in a row, I maintained high motivation, and actively worked to increase my productivity.
  • The broccolini we handle is generally packed in crates, containing 10 to 30 bunches, with lots of ice in each. It's pretty heavy, but I can keep stacking it for hours.
  • In terms of the gender ratio, there were often more women than men on our team. I was required to lift heavy objects and move quickly while holding them, so I helped women and newcomers on a daily basis, but I also paid attention to my surroundings with a broad perspective, and if someone needed help, I would proactively help them.
  • We were asked to increase our productivity, so we focused on demonstrating our abilities, even under that pressure.
  • We work in a team, with a size of 10 to 14 people at most. It is essential that we all work together, and we pay attention to all positions to get things done.
