• As a Senior Test Analyst at ClearView, I played a key role in delivering strategic digital transformation and business-critical initiatives across Life Insurance platforms.

• Performed end-to-end testing for the LifeSolutions Claims across ClaimsView and OIPA, validating the complete claims lifecycle including claim registration, policy verification, benefit eligibility, claim assessment, payment processing, and policy updates, while ensuring data consistency using Oracle SQL and verifying interface messaging for accurate claims processing.
• Executed functional, system integration (SIT), regression, end-to-end, UAT, API, and backend SQL testing while validating complex business rules, data migration, interface messaging, and third-party integrations to ensure reliable and high-quality software releases.
