• Main responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, educating people about health issues to prevent illness and maximizing physical wellbeing through rehabilitation following an injury or illness.
• Providing excellent health care to the patients and overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, appointment reminders for home visit patients.
• Caring for the patients with creating, maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects.
• Recording vital signs and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
• Assisting with personal care: senior citizens cooking, cleaning, dressing, grooming, toileting, shopping, laundry, and exercise.
• Sometimes provided activities of daily livings (ADLS) for patients in their homes.
• Provided support work and domestic help services to ensure that our patients take medication, eat regularly, and establish healthy routines to promote better physical and mental health.
