I am a qualified early childhood teacher and an educational leader with administrative skills to perform tasks such as programming and planning for children’s learning and development, documenting and contributing to children's formative and summative assessments.

• Oversee day to day service delivery
• Promote sense of belonging and community involvement for families and children
• Plan and facilitate learning experiences based on children’s needs and interests
• Liaise with the service team leader and educators to ensure an inclusive practice and environment is provided to all families and children in care
• Develop weekly plans and implement age-appropriate programs for children in care
• Provide programs and learning experiences that reflect children’s learning and development and acknowledge diverse learning styles
• Provide developmental progress reports as required
• Provide responsive care to children in care based on their individual interests and needs
• Assist families with children’s transitions, also ensure that families are provided with guidance and support when required
• Develop positive channels of communication to ensure the smooth running of the service among all educators
