Working casually at the car wash for a long time has given me excellent cleaning skills and awareness.

• Utilises observations to create, implement, and evaluate learning plans.
• Supporting children's routines
• Actively uses hygiene practices and promotes children to use good hygiene practices. This includes active cleaning routines/requirements within the room.
• Actively aware of my position within the room and where other children are.
• Understands the child safe standards, mandatory reporting and seeks advice from senior educators if any perceived issues arise.
• Ensures resources provided are not damaged/broken and that there is enough for children to engage with.
• Plans learning experiences that consider differentiation for different learning needs.
• Chooses appropriate materials for learning experiences that support play-based learning and ensures there is enough resources available.
• Assists children to settle within the room.
• Aware of the service's philosophy and what this means for educators.
• Implement key roles and responsibilities of an educator within the service.
• Seek feedback around implemented learning plans.
