- Prepare and manage loose parts and other materials for creative and constructive play, ensuring all resources are safe and appropriate for children's use.
- Supervise children’s play activities without intervening, allowing them to explore and learn at their own pace.
- Maintain a safe and inviting play environment, continuously monitoring for hazards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Complete administrative tasks including the Placement Field Diary to document experiences and learnings, and conduct Risk-Benefit Assessments to balance the benefits of activities against potential risks.
- Setting up and dismantling play setups, ensuring that the play area is well-organized and restored at the end of the day.
