  • 1-2 weekly review of case managed clients and conducting MSE and risk assessment depending on acuity of client's condition.

  • Receiving all referrals to OPMHS from inpatient wards, general practitioners, private psychiatrists, clinical liaison, family, and friends and performing comprehensive intake with collateral and risk assessments
  • Attending referral meeting with the psychiatrist and presenting new referrals and plan of care arranged and making appropriate adjustments to plans during the meeting
  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments with a psychiatric registrar or psychiatrist in the community
  • Attending to crisis phone calls from agitated and distressed clients some well-known to services other unknown and giving appropriate advice
  • Attending calls from worried relatives seeking advice on what to do about mentally unwell relatives and arranging appropriate follow up or management
  • Attending MDTR meetings to discuss open client and new assessment and changing the plan as per MDTR discussion.
