In this job, I was able to build my communication skills and adjust to their plans last minute. This job also helped me with my time management and schedule managing skills. I was also able to listen to my customers and my teams ideas which helped our customers have their dream holidays.

As a cashier at A+ Mart, I was responsible for handling customer purchases, operating the register, managing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Through this role, I developed strong customer service skills by assisting a wide range of customers, resolving complaints calmly and efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. I also learned to work quickly and accurately under pressure during peak hours, while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude at all times.
