I have experience with business accounts, power of Attorneys, Deceased estates, Visa disputes and general customer enquiry assistance. I assist with situations with care, confidentiality and privacy in mind. Consistent daily cash handling of large volumes of money along with balancing. Call centre operative, assisting customers over the phone on a weekly basis. Training new staff members and delegating the teller area of the branch. I am also an accredited personal lender and have been completing personal loan applications for customers since September of 2023. I am also trained in insurance sales with Allianz Insurance. I work with a small team, communicating effectively and consistently. I also have experience stepping in as a supervisor and completing extra tasks.
