• Answering phone calls - taking messages, and advising
• Checking, replying / actioning emails.
• Entering drivers' daily work docket information, into Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitoring WhatsApp conversations, and follow up with Drivers, to ensure they sign off each day, and remember to send through their work dockets, fuel receipts & kms.
• Check weekly RCTI's (invoices) from clients to make sure they are correct, and that they match what we have on our spreadsheets.
• Order online or drive to stores for stationery/office supplies.
• Collect and sort out all company mail.
• Checking remittance advice monthly, to make sure we have been paid correctly by our clients.

• Coach the U16 Girls D-League basketball team with Hoops Connect at Michael Clarke Recreational Centre.
• Coodinating with Hoops Connect Management to discuss plans for future games, coaching tips/training, parents feedback, etc.
• Provide training, game play/tips to my team, to promote teamwork.
• Communicating effectively and clearly with the girls, to learn the rules and help them play together.
• Encouraging the girls to communicate on the court.
• Making sure that each player has equal court time but also when they are substituted off, I provide them with positive feedback and discuss how their game play can be improved when they go back on the court, to fit with their team mates.
• Multi-tasking eg. while I'm coaching, I am also required to complete the score sheet. Refereeing will also be required this year in 2025 (Hoops Connect will provide training).
• Congratulate and praise every players hard work and effort, after every game, whether they win or lose.

Vacation Program

• During the NSW school holidays, I help to coach children between the ages of 5 and 12 with multiple sports.
• Discuss with children the importance of exercise, eating well, warming up, stretches, and cooling down.
• Teach and show children how to play different sports/fun games to enhance their skills and teamwork.
• Help children socialise and communicate politely with other children.

• Assist with the education and care of a 22 children prep class.
• Made up, and played different games/fun activities with the children, while also learning
• Built a close & strong rapport with each child in the class through interactions (singing, dancing, painting, drawing, talking, playing etc), and our one-on-one conversations during the day, and fruit /lunch breaks.
• I had the pleasure of reading to the children and answering their many questions throughout the day.
• Prayed with them everyday, in a circle, and got to hear what they were grateful for.
• On my final week with them (because I was doing my HSC) we exchanged farewell gifts and cards/letters that they wrote, and read to me.
