ADLs:Assist patients with showering, toileting, and personal hygiene to ensure their comfort and dignity.
Help patients make their beds and maintain a tidy, safe environment. Help patients with mobility tasks such as repositioning in bed, transferring from bed to chair.
Vital Signs:Conduct regular checks of patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature, on an hourly basis or as directed.
Monitor patients for any changes in their condition and promptly report significant findings to the buddy nurse.
