I am a proud citizen of Tonga. I have worked for its people and the Government of Tonga for more than 15 years. I am the youngest of six siblings of proud Tongan parents living in Lapaha Tonga. Born in Vaiola Hospital, Tofoa and raised in Nuku’alofa, Tonga, I have worked in Tonga and built my career in aviation with passion and commitment. I take pride in our aviation industry and in ensuring that our air transportation (domestic and international) is conducted safely and reliably. The aviation industry of Tonga is slowly growing and it's one of the top priorities of the Government of Tonga. I am proud to be part of making history to build and maintain a solid and safe foundation for a long-lasting Aviation Industry in Tonga. I aspire to “lead an organization to its full potential and achieve its goals and objectives consistently above expectations”

• Tonga Airports Certification (Air Traffic Services and Aeronautical Telecommunication) 2011
• Conduct of Outer Islands Aerodrome Inspection – 2012-2014
• Conduct audit and check of the Tonga Part 145 Maintenance Organization since 2011
• Certification of Aircraft Maintenance Organization, 2012-2013
• Certification of Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness, 2013-2018
• Involve and contribute with reviewing of the new Civil Aviation Act 2014 and the Tonga Civil Aviation Rules (TCARs)
• Focal Point of Contact for the Drone Project here in Tonga and also involved in the Drone Safety Campaign for Tonga
• Part of the team in preparation for the ICVM audit in 2019 here in Tonga and also responsible for the Personnel Licensing (PEL) Area
• Leading Lulutai Entry into Service in 2021
• Appointed as the Chief Investigator (CI) in conducting investigation with ATSB Australia
