Silvana Collisson

My role as a Deli assistant requires me to serve customers, slice deli meats, heat and/or prepare breakfast and lunch takeaway sandwiches and rolls.

I begin my shift in the kitchen where I am rostered to fill premade bread rolls, display salads and fulfill customer catering orders.

Once that is completed, I begin preparing for the next day. Restocking, preheating and cleaning up.

As a self employed hairdresser I am responsible for advertising my business, booking in clients, giving great customer service during and after the service. In order to run a small business, I need to be organised, professional and have great attention to detail.

I am then required to complete paperwork to ensure follow up and return business and place order for stock. I am very dedicated and a hard worker,

I am proud of the fact I have kept many loyal clients from when I started my apprenticeship more than 35 years ago.
