This also included kin mapping and working with Elder, family and community at forming connections and possible kin placement options.
- Facilitated return to Country for youth to be given to opportunity to connect where their families are from. This included local Elders, community and family.
- Co-facilitation of cultural awareness training for all Life without barriers staff and carers.
- Support of placement breakdowns and rebuilding relationships with families and carers.
- Emotional and physical supports for youth with complex behaviours and trauma backgrounds.
- Supported engagement for youth exiting the care system to link with Aboriginal and Torres strait Islander communities for supports.
