I have been employed by The Superseal Group for the last 8 years supervising all waterproofing applications on numerous large projects. These projects include countless commercial basement and tower waterproofing contracts. Large infrastructure developments. Many structural in-situ permanent formwork installations including a warrantable waterproofing system incorporated and internal wall/ stair core and fire door installations.

My role has been to take the project from handover to completion independently, focusing on budgeting and deadlines. I often develop/ recruit the labour I need for these projects myself and have had a project management type role at times throughout my employment to fill gaps.

I have developed many contacts with various builders such as McNab, Hutchies, Tomkins, Infinitec, Javica, Habitat, Vantage. I have also created strong connections with suppliers, namely Mapei, Sika, GCP, Bayset and many more. I have developed full waterproofing specifications with these suppliers that are fit for purpose in difficult scenarios when unforeseen issues had occurred.

I coordinated site investigations, quoting and supervising waterproofing works. Streamlined communication between team members and the director for daily tasks and planning.

I delivered high-quality work by overseeing all aspects of projects from start to finish.

Carried out building rectification works on many sites around Brisbane from complete demolition and rebuild, balcony repair including concrete cancer repairs and resurface/ tiling. Insurance work of all kinds, leak detection and waterproofing.
