SIMON GAMBLE

Kalamunda,Western Australia

Summary

I am a highly motivated and experienced leader with extensive skills in relationship management and critical issue prioritisation. With personal ties to regional Western Australia (WA), my passion is serving the community. My diverse range of experiences have allowed me to hone my operational leadership, with an edge for investigative and emergency management. I have a natural ability to bring people together and can identify the key skills (technical and physical) required for success in any situation. Central to this, is my ability to quickly interpret and understand how people and organisations operate, their values and motivations. This enables me to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships to ensure robust and relevant strategic success. In a world of competing priorities this has never been more important.

In this role I am looking to return to my investigative roots and develop professionally through civil service leadership.
