1.Coordinate Work Progress and Personnel Management:
During Hydrogen energy the project execution phase, responsible for coordinating work progress across departments and managing personnel assignments. Develop project timelines and plans to ensure effective management from project initiation, requirements analysis, designing hydrogen engine and in-house testing.

• Project Name: Lotte project, South Korea (Mechancial Engineer + Project Manager )
• Project Period: February 2022 - July 2022
• Project Overview:
• In July 2021, Lotte Corporation initiated a large-scale unmanned factory project in Seoul to enhance the efficiency of sorting goods and reduce costs
• Project goal was to deployment 4 KUKA robotic and 16 shelves, achieving a sorting efficiency of 800 parcels per hour.
• Project Challenges:
• Towards the later stages of the project, Lotte suddenly changes to the project plan
• I have to restructured the project timeline and schedule then also identified potential risks and provided corresponding solutions
• Eventually, we successfully delivered the equipment and project on time.
• My Role:
• I assumed the dual role of a mechanic engineer and on-site project manager throughout the project
• My responsibilities included develop detailed 3D models thought Solid works and drawings, communicate with the suppliers , and continually modifying project plans and schedules based on on-site conditions and Lotte requirements.
• Key Achievements:
• Successfully deployed four KUKA robots on time and met the Lotte's sorting efficiency requirements.
• The project underwent timely acceptance, and Lotte decided to continue cooperation with a second phase after six months.
• I achieved an ʻA+ʼ rating in the quarterly performance assessment, ranking in the top 30% of the company.
• Project Name: FedEx Project (Mechanical Engineer)
• Project Period: October 2021 - February 2022
• Project Overview:
• In this project, FedEx deployed two Yaskawa robots at its logistics center in Guangzhou, aiming to achieve lights-out operation and exceed a sorting rate of over 1000 parcels per hour, replacing five employees.
• Project Challenges:
• The project had a relatively short overall time, I developed several version designs. So I has to conduct multiple simulations thought Ansys to confirm material stiffness and life, in order to reduce post-deployment maintenance and replacement costs.
• My Role:
• I was responsible for the mechanical aspects of the project, including formulating project layout, supplier procurement for gripper and shelves, and devising in-house testing procedures and processes.
• Key Achievements:
• The project was completed on time and successfully achieved the lights-out factory goal while meeting
• After two weeks of on-site testing, the equipment was successfully put into production, gaining FedEx recognition and acclaim.
• The project's success led to follow-up projects, with the second and third phases initiated in March and
• May 2022, respectively.
• I received an ʻAʼ rating in the quarterly performance assessment, ranking in the top 40% of the company.
