Summary

September 1st, 2022 West Wimmera Health Service RE: Enrolled Nursing Traineeship Program, Commencing in early 2023 Dear enrolment Manager, Upon learning about the enrolled nurse traineeship program posting with WWHS, I was eager to contact you with my interest. When reviewing the key selection criteria, I was excited to see how well my experience aligns with your company's needs and position requirements. From reading your hospitals website and the position description, I feel the traineeship will suit with what I offer. I've trained and studied to fit the position of this traineeship very well. I am currently finishing my year 12 year doing VCE unscored assessment, worked many after school and summer jobs including pool lifeguarding, and study two years (2021/2022) of VET/VCE allied health at the North Central Trade Training Centre (NCTTC) accompanied with 40 hours of placement at East Wimmera Health Service (Donald Campus). This placement has helped me demonstrate effective communication skills with other staff members and clients and has also made me be well organized and effectively use my time and resources to my full advantage. Along with my pool lifeguarding job over the summer I have also worked in various other fields like in aged care, hospitality, and retail which has set my standard of performance very high and has also given me knowledge on have to use technology fast and effectively. Beyond my enthusiasm and dedication, I also have a background in aged care after participating in about 6 months of unpaid volunteer work at the Johnsons Goodwin Village in Donald. I showed great understanding of the tasks I was required to do, like undertaking observations, transporting, and feeding residents, and much more. During my time there I along with my fellow staff were responsible for about 30 aged care residents with many different health requirements, this helped me to stay organized and manage my time effectively to help achieve the up most standard of care for all the residents. I'm always happy to roll up my sleeves to get the job done. Please review my attached resume for Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Simon Morgan
