Key Responsibilities

• Group Financial Controller South-East Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore international accounting teams).
• Commercial and Financial Management and decision support that drove profitable strategic and operational outcomes for the group.
• Implementation and run Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) across the businesses leading to an improvement in the planning and partnering cycles, financial awareness and strategic outcomes for group business leaders and management.
• Implemented systems, processes and oversee preparation of Long-Range Plans, Budgets and Forecasts, Business Level Improvement priorities, Targets to Improve (TTI), Breakthrough objectives
