  • My journey in health care sector starts from the kitchen of an age care. After working in the kitchen for a year, i got interested to work as carer. I start my job as carer in the same age care . The following below are the skills which i learned till today.
  • Hygiene care( shower, sponge, oral care, moisturizing the skin, shaving, dressing, grooming, )
  • Continence chart( Changing the incontinence pads, assisting for the toileting)
  • Bowel Care ( according to the amount, type )
