• Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Embed and mature Agile and Scrum practices across a multi-stream, Territory-wide health data transformation program.
• Support cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Data Engineers, BAs, and Analysts) in delivering high-value data products aligned with the Digital Health Record (DHR) and legacy systems.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning across four key work streams:
Data Products – Facilitate delivery of high-priority data products (e.g., Non-Admitted Patients - NAP), in alignment with DHR data.
Data Platform – Support configuration of Microsoft Purview and Power BI in Microsoft Fabric, and assist in developing a business case for infrastructure consolidation.
Data Governance – Assist with data dictionary enhancements (e.g., NAP), contribute to the evolution of the Data Governance Framework (roles, data sharing policy), and engage the Health Analytics Commu-nity of Practice.
Program Management – Contribute to program scheduling, resource planning, benefit tracking, support finalisation, managing depend-encies and completion of the Data Strategy.
• Author and maintain the Ways of Working Playbook.

• Spearhead and facilitate Agile processes, ensuring all stakeholders, including product owners, development teams, and business spon-sors, are well-versed in Agile principles and values within the con-text of Dynamics 365.
• Organize and lead collaborative workshops, interviews, and exercis-es, such as Design Thinking, to effectively gather stakeholder in-sights specific to Dynamics CRM 365.
• Collaborate in defining a compelling product vision and SMART ob-jectives, aligning them with the strategic goals of Dynamics CRM 365

• Lead SAP HCM specific Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI planning, System Demos, Inspect and Adapt, and focused ceremo-nies like backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint re-views, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Define the scope and schedule for SAP HCM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and key results.
• Coach and facilitate SAP teams to ensure all Agile ceremonies are consistently followed, including practices such as backlog refine-ment, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint retros, and release planning.
• Significantly contribute to the successful delivery of SAP HCM solu-tions, aligned with group objectives, key results, and the overall strategy in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Authentically engage with the SAP team to help them self-organize and overcome obstacles in their work, fostering agility and respon-siveness.
• Secure buy-in from SAP teams and stakeholders to positively re-spond to shifting SAP priorities, demands, and timelines, proactively implementing resolutions.
• Serve as a go-to expert in resolving and tracking SAP HCM impedi-ments, empowering teams to estimate, plan, and forecast delivera-bles effectively.
• Lead and guide SAP HCM team objectives aligned with the Defini-tion of Done, ensuring that Agile governance is achieved.
• Gather Agile data, such as story points, burn-down charts, and com-pletion metrics, to inform estimating and drive improvements in SAP project velocity.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to rebalance and repriori-tize work within each sprint, providing support and education on Ag-ile practices tailored to SAP HCM.

• Lead and manage an experienced team of SAP consultants, Software Developers & Designers for SAP projects, ensuring they meet estab-lished goals and deadlines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for SAP initiatives, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Perform Business Analyst tasks, including task creation and sprint planning, to facilitate efficient project execution.
• Provide coordination, coaching, and support to SAP project teams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in the context of SAP initiatives.
• Apply proven agile project management methodologies and best practices to guide SAP projects towards successful outcomes

• Foster the continuous improvement of both the product and internal team environment by championing key Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 CoPilot.

• Assist the Product Owner and development team in orchestrating and optimizing the release pipeline by organizing Microsoft 365 Co-Pilot features into regular sprints.
• Educate the organization on Agile practices and drive organizational change with a focus on Microsoft 365 CoPilot, initiating and intro-ducing new ideas effectively.

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization efforts for SAP HCM Solution, ensuring seamless integration with organizational processes.
• Configure SAP HCM projects to align with specific business re-quirements, encompassing travel planning, expense reporting, and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement approval workflows within the SAP HCM, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in SAP HCM functionality, offering guidance on features such as travel planning, expense submission, and mobile accessibility.
• Coordinate training sessions for end-users on SAP HCM and Payroll, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of the solution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify cus-tomization needs, and tailored SAP Travel Management to organiza-tional policies.
• Implement and enhance analytics and reporting features within SAP HCM to enable data-driven decision-making and compliance moni-toring.

• Manage designated large and complex programs and projects, being held accountable for completing complex projects that achieve agreed business objectives and benefits within the agreed scope, focusing on Dynamics CRM 365.
• Proactively manage and accurately report on project status and per-formance in accordance with agreed governance and reporting methods in close consultation with the project steering committee
• Manage project teams, ensuring each person understand their role and responsibilities and what they need to achieve to meet project milestones on time and to the required quality within the Dynamics CRM 365 framework.
