My main focus as an educator is to ensure that the children in my care feel safe, Children who feel safe,secure and heard are then able to direct their energy towards learning through play and exploring the wonderful world around them and are able to confidently experiment and take risks allowing their learning and development to flourish.My goal is to provide children with great care and support to be confident learners by creating environment that is stimulating, encouraging, safe and adaptive to each child’s individual interests. I believe I am an Educator who is passionate to make a difference in children’s lives by being an integral part of their Early Learning journey and development. My Experience and knowledge over the last 9 years in Childcare has helped me to become a confident educator
