- My role in this job included greeting customers upon their arrival at the salon and ensured that they were comfortable throughout their visit, As well as managing reception area duties such as answering phone calls and dealing with queries from potential customers, developing social media content to increase social media followers and engagement, and Providing treatments such as facials , chemical peels, skin needling, fat freezing ,teeth whitening, head spa, laser etc.
