• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation including patient records, medication charts, and nursing progress notes.
• Ensuring infection prevention and control measures are followed in all clinical areas.
• Educating patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintaining professional, ethical, and compassionate patient care at all times.

· Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans according to patients’ clinical conditions.

· Providing holistic nursing care to patients requiring rehabilitation and long-term health care support.

· Administering medications via oral, intramuscular, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes as prescribed, and monitoring for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.

· Monitoring and recording vital signs, blood glucose levels, and other clinical parameters, and reporting any abnormalities to the medical team.

· Performing wound assessment and management, including pressure injury care and post-procedural wound care.

· Managing intravenous therapy, urinary catheter care, nasogastric tube feeding, and oxygen therapy as required.

· Assisting patients with mobility, ambulation, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and functional recovery.

· Supporting physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

· Implementing infection prevention and control measures in accordance with established protocols.

· Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.

· Providing health education and emotional support to patients and their families.

· Ensuring patient safety and maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.
