· Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and developing individualized care plans according to patients’ clinical conditions.
· Providing holistic nursing care to patients requiring rehabilitation and long-term health care support.
· Administering medications via oral, intramuscular, intravenous, and subcutaneous routes as prescribed, and monitoring for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
· Monitoring and recording vital signs, blood glucose levels, and other clinical parameters, and reporting any abnormalities to the medical team.
· Performing wound assessment and management, including pressure injury care and post-procedural wound care.
· Managing intravenous therapy, urinary catheter care, nasogastric tube feeding, and oxygen therapy as required.
