I am seeking employment in a position providing Events and coordination of event management to the group at Crown.

I currently maintain a Events co-ordinator role within the local surf life saving club at Mullaloo, where by our next event will be a Tropical night for all members.

I have over 26 years experience working in staff management; supervisory; leadership; and customer service roles within Western Australia’s financial services industry. I have managed teams; participated in the recruitment process; facilitated the induction process; and worked closely with team members on their performance reviews; training and development and event management whereby I have been responsible for booking any team events for my team. I am therefore currently to apply my diverse skills; knowledge and experience in this role. Throughout my career I have excelled in the provision of quality customer service and have well developed communication; negotiation; interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. I am a good listener and I am strong in assessing situations and identifying win win solutions for staff and the organisation, in accordance with policy. In my workplace I have always been known for my positive and energetic presence. I also have the ability to readily adapt and transition within a changing environment, when there are changes internal and external to the organisation.
