* Assist in processing new and renewal registration
* Assisting in managing the entire archive process for FTRA
* Assist in the processing of ID cards
* Preparing Banking’s on daily basis and submits it to the principle accountant for checking before submitted to the bank
* Balances till every weekday at 4.30pm and collection report is submitted to the principle accountant
* See that all cash gets locked in the safe
* Updates revenue collection sheets prior to the payment receipts issued for dispatch purposes and so as Audit taking.
* Also do dispatch/ payments and banking on daily basis if driver is away
* Carries out any other responsibilities directed by the CEO and its senior staff management team.
