I am currently in my second year of studying retail management and marketing at Deakin University. I've come to realize my passion for delivering quality service and unparalleled support to promote lasting customer satisfaction, which I experienced while working for Merrell.
This realization led me to transition to a role in customer service at Menulog. In this new position, I've independently acquired a strong grasp of customer service best practices and developed excellent multitasking skills.
