• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create feasible garment options(Ex: Designers, Merchandisers , customers & etc ).
• Pattern making, grading, and garment fitting (Gerber software/ men's and women's intimates, shape-wear, T-shirts, and pants).
• Handover accurate production patterns and sealed samples to bulk production smoothly.
• Maintain up-to-date company and brand PLMs (update garment specs and BOMs).
• Determine the critical paths, and follow up according to the T&A plan until dispatching the final production bulk.
• Led the end-to-end development of fabrics, trims, and prints with local and global suppliers. Coordinate the lab dip and strike-off development process.
• Followed up on the process to ensure timely manufacturing and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Designed and developed machine components in coordination with the method lab for efficient production and cost savings.
• Coordinated with the fabric team to determine suitable fabrics and trims to match customer requirements, ensuring the selection of appropriate machines and equipment for each operation.
• Closely monitored and followed up on the sewing production process to maintain quality standards, ensure adherence to critical path, and stay within approved budgets.
• Assisted in troubleshooting and investigating process failures to maintain production continuity.
• Performed risk assessment processes to identify and address production abnormalities.

• Learn the overall production process, including product development, cutting, innovation, embellishments &etc
• Assist with ongoing projects, including data entry, data collection, data analysis, report preparation, and presentation preparation
• Update frequently production display boards on production lines (production rates, production efficiency, down time, on time rate & etc)
• Support with fabric and trims picking (ensure that right order has received and labeling items with identification numbers).
• Worked in finish good warehouse (ensure correct labels and defects free).
