S/4 HANA Remediation:

SAP S/4 HANA migration is a huge undertaking for conversion of existing SAP ECC to S/4. As part of this project, multiple remediation activities have been undertaken and implemented in current ECC system to aid the smoother implementation of S/4 HANA and avoid issues In BAU.

Unified Demand Forecast:

SAP Unified Demand Forecasting (UDF) has been selected to meet the long-term replenishment forecasting needs of the business. Current systems require heavy user interaction to tune forecast models and forecast output to achieve the expected forecast accuracy and outcomes for the business.

BIGW Indent Xdock:

The purpose of the project is to enable some international goods to be cross docked at the Big W DCs to reduce the handling of goods in DC’s and improve the de-stuffing costs while providing the better availability of stocks in BIGW Stores.

SWAN/Henley Woolworths & Endeavour Demerger:

Woolworths group came into decision to separate Supermarkets and liquor stores into different entity. Due to the separation. we need to ensure that there are the appropriate segregation of sensitive data and access for Competition, Confidentiality concerns, public company concerns, Privacy concerns and Privilege.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with business stakeholders to define the end user requirements.
• Define the Test Strategy, Test plan and work with test analysts to run the Functional and Non- functional requirement testing.
• Ensure the requirement coverage & standards in the application, system integration, performance test is met with business / IT acceptance criteria.
• Creating the traceability matrix to ensure high level scenario coverage and getting them reviewed with solution architects and functional consultants.
• Analyze feasible automation test suite requirements.
• Analyze the impacted Systems in scope, meet the performance SLAs as per the defined Non- functional Requirements.
• Coordinate the project testing and support activities with wider IT teams.
• Lead and assist a team of functional, performance and automation testers.
• Creating and publishing Metrics, reports and dashboards to business and IT stakeholder
• Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend performance tuning to the project team
• Plan and organize the design and solution walkthrough with developers for QA teams.

• Responsible for on-time delivery of project with effective handling of tracking execution status and defect triage.

Next Generation Backoffice:

• The objective of the project is upgrade the revamp store central back-office portal to provide inshore capabilities across the enterprise
• The project will deliver in-store capabilities for product lookup, order management, stock and planogram/shelf management, promotion lookup and planning, repairs, vendor returns and claims as well as financial reconciliation, reporting, auditing, and alerting functions through an easy to use, intuitive user interface tailored to Woolworths in-store processes

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the business requirements and align it to the test requirements.
• Interpret the business requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
• Map the test scenarios to the requirement traceability matrix.
• Perform functional, non-functional, integration and smoke test activities.
• Manage the test progress in test management tool.
• Ensure entry, exit criteria and quality is met in each phase of testing.
• Report issues and risks to the test lead and peers.
• Prepare and publish minutes of meeting after each project meetings.
• Publish daily status dashboard.

Key Projects:

External Warehouse Implementation Reynosa

• Reynosa warehouse is responsible for the procurement, assembling and deliver of the Microsoft products such as Xbox, Kinect, and laptops
• Reynosa warehouse faced an issue in handling the incoming and outgoing goods from the warehouse due to the capacity overload
• The external warehouse implementation in Reynosa helped to overcome the warehouse issues.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to the onsite lead and prioritize the design and development activities.
• Requirement gathering from business and mapping them to the solution design.
• Reviewing the solution design and update the functional specifications.
• Providing functional walkthrough to the development team.
• Tracking the design, development, and testing activities as per the implementation timeline.
• Performing unit and system testing to comply with business requirements.
• Setting up the pre-requisites and supporting the implementation cutover.
• Coordinating the business verification testing during the implementation.
• Developing the handover documents to the support teams.

Wave Picking Program for Consumer Exchange Process

• Microsoft's warehouse in Vietnam contribute to the 80% of Microsoft phone making.
• It was difficult to pick and transport the bulk orders of wholesale orders from different countries.
• Wave picking program supported the picking of multiple orders at a time.
