I recently completed my Bachelor of Psychology at Macquarie University, Sydney, where I developed a deep understanding of human behaviour and the factors influencing individual and group dynamics. I successfully completed my HSC with a 1st in the state rank for Food Technology (NSW). Completing my HSC during COVID not only taught me resilience but also helped me discover my ability to learn autonomously and collaborate effectively with others.
Currently, my casual role at Mecca Cosmetica allows me to tailor customer service solutions for customers in beauty, skincare, and fragrance, creating personalized and memorable shopping experiences. I take pride in ensuring each customer feels incredible, leaving with a sense of fulfillment from their visit. This role has enhanced my ability to understand and meet customer needs, where I can connect with diverse customer base.
My ambition is to pursue a career as an Organisational Psychologist, either within a consulting practice or a corporate organization. Drawing on my academic knowledge, hands-on experience, and natural instincts, I aspire to facilitate positive communication and well-being outcomes within the multi-generational workforce. By blending psychology with my strong interpersonal and customer service skills, I am excited to contribute to organizational success and employee well-being.
