- The internship that I took part in was with the Penrith Panthers on Royce’s Big Walk
- Royce Simmons is an ex-rugby league legend who recently was diagnosed with dementia who created a charity walk to raise awareness
- The 300km charity walk started from Royce’s hometown in Gooloogong and finished at Blue Bet stadium in Penrith
- My role throughout the internship was to run the Instagram and Facebook social media accounts, document each day of the walk, interview the special guests that joined Royce, take photos of the special guests, take photos of Royce and the people who stopped off on the roads to donate and the main outcome was to create a documentary of Royce's journey.
