I am the Head of Science for a secondary school. I am also a published author of children's picture book and novel for young adults.

• Supervised team of at least 20 staff members across three campuses.
• Achieved excellent HSC results through effectively listening, collaborating, engaging and investing in Team work.
• Documented and resolved staff and student concerns which led to efficiency and efficacy of the Science Department intentions and aligned with the school mission and vision.
• Achieved compiling and analysing academic data for Stage 4 -5 Science and Stage 6 Science subjects by completing Rap analysis and internal data analysis with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborated with team of at least 20 educators in the development of Teaching and learning framework and curriculum document such as unit of work, assessment schedule, scope and sequence.
• Role modelled the plan, redesign and implementation of assessments, programs and policies to align with the Islamic Pedagogy and Islamic Worldview.
• Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets for academic data maintenance.
• Used Sentral for maintaining, reviewing, storing and reporting academic markbooks and reports for the science department stage 4 to 6 subjects.
• Resolved student appeals for marks or educator concerns.
• Achieved diversity in resources for educator and student use by introducing Atomi, education perfect, and Core Science online resources and textbook resources.
