  • Responsible for auditing and ordering materials and hardware for the majority of construction builds ensuring that material arrives prior to each job commencing and is within the allocated budget. In times where materials have been incorrect or missed, I have troubleshooted and found alternatives to ensure projects remain on timeline.
  • I have been a direct point of communication for both our clients, contractors and employers, ensuring communication is seamless. As part of my role, I have been the primary contact to book in repairs/works and communicate the scope of works and outline of what is being carried out. I note the importance of being able to transition between both a technical vocabulary and simpler vocabulary depending on the person in front me.
  • Networking and ensuring the company has positive relationships with our suppliers and sub-contractors has been pivotal to our success. This part of the job is more than an email here and there, it's ensuring our relationships are maintained and when help is required, we have it.
