- Always find some time to talk with assigned patients and understand their concerns
- Contact family members and give update about patients everyday
- Administer medication as per hospital policy
- Encourage the involvement of physiotherapy and occupational therapy team to patients care
- If patient needs any special care after discharge like home help or long term care, inform the discharge coordinator about it before discharge
- Provide empathetic care to the patients in End of Life Care
- Always cooperate with other team members
- Check vital signs and escalate if needed
- If any issues to patients inform our charge nurse immediately
- Give a proper handover to next duty shift.

I did my PC BSC NURSING from 12/09/11 to 12/09/13. 2014: Waiting the result of Public Service Commission exam result for a job in Medical College Hospital. And also delivered my first child in the same year.
