• Triaged the public outpatient fracture clinic, assisting patients with enquiries, fitting physiotherapy aids and working in a multidisciplinary team including orthopaedic consultants, registrars, nurses and physiotherapists.
• Independently planned and carried out therapeutic activities with patients under physiotherapist direction, with a caseload of up to 20 patients per day in orthopaedic, general surgery, general medicine, and geriatric wards.
• Contributed to ongoing patient goals and functional development to ensure quality patient outcomes prior to discharge.
• Worked within a multidisciplinary team on wards including nursing staff, medical staff, allied health as well as families and visitors to provide high quality care.

• Provided casual care of other 3 siblings as respite support for parents.

• Assisted residents with meals and socialising.
• Managed, coordinated and assisted with daily group activities, including small group light exercise for residents, art therapy and problem solving activities.
• Provided one-on-one social support to high-need residents, positively impacting their holistic wellbeing.

• Provided excellent customer service and assisted customers with locating items and providing product information.
• Operated cash and card machines, and other relevant electronic equipment effectively to ensure the efficiency of processes.
• Complied with all policies and procedures to limit error and increase productivity, therefore leading to positive customer experience.

Currently studying Bachelor of Nursing course at Australian Catholic University part-time. I am currently enrolled in my second year.
