Job Title/Duties: To coordinate and arrange customs clearance of imports, exports and monitor shipments movements in both Australia and New Zealand location.

* Registering and processing documents of all imported shipments

* Preparing of document to create FID/Entries (N10, N20 and N30) and lodging through ICS.

* Preparing of documents and coordinate with broker or freight forwarders on clearance and delivery arrangement to the stores

* Review and checking tariff and tariff concession and free trade agreement for both Australia and New Zealand.

* Identification and rectification of issues with regards invoicing. Eg Hs code, COO, etc....

* Registering, processing and booking all export shipments with freight forwarder to ensuring all the document is correct.

* Preparation of drawback claims for Australia and New Zealand.

* Application of CITES import, export and re-export personal baggage permits. and to ensuring all permits are acquittal and make sure the Origin Permit send to WildLife Trade Dept in Canberra (Australia) and return to Oversea.

* Daily maintenance of duty exemption flag.

• Entered Various information into Australia Customs Systems and Create Customs Entries.
• Updated HS code for all import stocks and parts to prepare Customs Entries.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Company.
