I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology, majoring in Cyber Security and Forensics, with an expected graduation date of June 2024. With a solid foundation in networking, programming, and cybersecurity, I am confident in my ability to contribute to any IT support role.

My diverse skill set includes proficiency in various Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 10, 11), programming languages (C, SQL, Python, HTML, JavaScript), and database management. I have hands-on experience with cyber forensics tools such as Autopsy, OS Forensics, FTK-Imager, and WinHex. Additionally, I possess knowledge of UI/UX design using Figma and Visio, as well as expertise in system analysis and design.

In the realm of networking, I am well-versed in server virtualization and Active Directory, utilizing tools like Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and VMware. My understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, port security, and wireless connectivity configuration of network equipment, allows me to effectively troubleshoot and solve network problems. I also have experience in MPLS network design and CISCO networking.

As an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, I can dissect complex technical information and develop efficient solutions. I am capable of analyzing, designing, and implementing database structures and performing cabling work. My self-motivation, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure make me a valuable asset to any IT team.
