Additionally, I possess knowledge of UI/UX design using Figma and Visio, as well as expertise in system analysis and design.
In the realm of networking, I am well-versed in server virtualization and Active Directory, utilizing tools like Hyper-V, VirtualBox, and VMware. My understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, DHCP, VPN, VoIP, port security, and wireless connectivity configuration of network equipment, allows me to effectively troubleshoot and solve network problems. I also have experience in MPLS network design and CISCO networking.
