Preparing annual budget with clear forecast for income and expenditures
Maintaining books of account as per BAS(Bhutan Accounting Standard)
Preparing financial statement and state of affairs of the company as per BAS
Carry out bank reconciliation
Maintaining and monitoring sales and purchase accounts
Disburse payments and other remittances
Coordinate with AFD(administrative and finance department) and clear all utilities bill on time
Preparing and disbursing monthly staff salary
Preparing and disbursing health contribution, salary tax and provident fund (superannuation)
Liaise with RAA( Royal Audit Authority) and attend auditors and provide support to have accounts audited
