The purpose of this role is to Support the NZ Team 1st Tribe with testing of our new people systems and team experience, specifically across our people management processes and Employee Central (EC) solution.
This role will bring proven knowledge and experience of Woolworths NZ People policies and processes to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of our new people systems and associated business processes and support materials to ensure they are fit for purpose and ready for adoption by our line leaders, team members and people team.
User acceptance testing activities could include business requirements clarification, review of new business process and procedures documentation, acceptance test scenario development, acceptance testing execution, business change impact assessment, training and support material content development, and support for business readiness.
This role specifically exists in the EC and People Data squad of the E2E Pay Value Stream, working under the direction of the E2E Pay UAT Coordinator and with the Business Solution Lead - EC and People Data and the other subject matter experts (SME) and functional consultants within the E2E Pay value stream.
