· Prepare and verify staff salary at all levels on Fortnight and Monthly basis, complying Hospitality Award
· Manage time attendance system and maintain all level data in payroll system
· Prepare and Submit PAYG, Payroll Tax and Superannuation Guarantee contributions
· Prepare and verify month end journal and budget report
· Balance daily spreadsheet for audit purpose
· Check all rebate at all levels of daily operation transaction
· Reconcile credit card and guest refund report
· Carry out all administrative duties as required to ensure the effective operation of the company, including filling, maintenance of records, mail, maintenance of systems.
· Primary contact point for customers with accounts receivable including
issuing invoice and pretty cash.

· Undertake the firm’s accounting duties delegated by the accountant
including account payable, receiving and filling invoice
· Accountable for correction of the area to do Gyprock from measurer through review floor plan by the PDF
