When i started with van heusen i was given 6 months time to turn the store sales around because the store was least performing in the country . Within two months my team and i turned the store around and sales went up by 26% percent and with in 6 months times i won every single competiton .
1. first big award was after 6 month my store won best performing store in the country in yearly manager's conference
2. I won the best manager award for FY'18 -FY'19 and won the trip to new york and visit to PVH headquarters where i get to meet the pvh officials and it was a great honour for me .

1. Must over achieve FY' 18 sales and GP$ budget
2. wage % & $ must be within budget
3.VIP target must be achieved (60% conversion)
My team and i worked really hard and our store was really successful because of that our company decided to open tommy hilfiger and calvin klein store for one year in the centre as popup stores . I was given the opportunity to run both store .we performed so well within one year that company decided to expand us to permanent and three times bigger stores. both store were 15-16 million in sales per year
