Approved Cost Affective Program with savings of >$500 K annually

· Stalled Ticket reduction at Enterprise Level: Identified and implemented audits (manual) amounting to 40+ hours per week to help reduce resolution time on tickets filed to Eng. team. Coordinated with Client POCs to reduce bottlenecks & bring reduction of 76% in resolution time on the tickets filed - Annual savings of >$700K
