• I am currently employed at The Reef Gateway Hotel, I began my employment in November 2024.

In this role I,

• Oversee daily venue operations across bar, restaurant and gaming areas including TAB and Keno, ensuring smooth service and compliance with all regulations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high presentation and operational standards.
• Manage closing procedures, daily cash reconciliations, and supervision of high-volume transactions.
• Oversee gaming floor operations, ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG, and state gaming requirements.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or issues, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

• I started working at the Hotel Metropole from June 2023 - November 2024, where they have put me through my RMLV course and promoted me to Duty Manager.
• Closed out cash register and prepared cashier report at close of business.
• Created a welcoming atmosphere, building friendships with local customers.
• Oversaw maintenance tasks for the bar area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patrons at all times.
