Building rapport with my own clientele and creating a warm and welcoming environment for clients. I was responsible for managing the business, marketing services, and handling administrative tasks. This showcased my skills and passion for massage therapy while growing my experience in this industry. While doing this, I completed a facial course where I was given the opportunity to start offering this as an additional service.

My responsibilities included greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails. Managing the spa's calendar, and handling payments.

Alongside this I was maintaining a clean and organised reception area, assisting clients with filling out intake forms, and providing information and recommendations about the spa's services and products.

This was an exciting opportunity to work in such a beautiful location. I tailored my services to meet the preferences of the upscale clientele and create a truly indulgent spa experience for them. It was essential to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service to cater to the needs of clients seeking relaxation and rejuvenation during their time in Ibiza. This included being selected for private functions and performing massages to high end guests.
